IMPORTANT ROYAL SHOW INFORMATION AND MAP
Please find below a map of the showgrounds showing SAHRPA where to park the floats and where the pony stabling is and the exit that we must use.
There are strict guidelines to be followed this year, time of entry of floats, parking of floats and exit.
1. Timeslot
for the Royal Adelaide Show is 7.15pm - 7.45pm.
2. Float entry with be at Leader Street entrance after 6pm (YES 6PM). (Float passes actually state this and it will be adhered to by Gate Attendants).
3. It would be great if all ponies can be there no later than 6.20pm so details of the night can be explained to the pony drivers.
4. Floats are to be parked in the area marked with small crosses next to the Pig Pavilion, as close as possible as you can get facing east towards the exit and the tailboard of the float must NOT be left down after unloading of your ponies.
5. The ponies are stabled in the Pig Pavilion as marked on the map. In the pavilion, there are allocated pens for each pony on the night with a urine stall available.
6. Ponies are required to be harnessed and ready to go between 6.45pm & 6.55pm as there will be 1 minute of fireworks to be let off at 7pm.
7. The exit gate will be closed at 9pm each night, so floats must adhere to this as requested by the Show Society.

PRESENTED as we are representing Harness Racing in SA.
FLOAT PASSES and TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM ANGELA
WISE on Friday night 28th August between 7pm - 9pm in the horse stalls at
Globe Derby trots or at the SAHRPA AGM Sunday 30th August. If problems
