On a nice warm night the first event had only three ponies in it after a few withdrawals prior to the fields coming out and 2 non arrivals race night.  In this race as the three ponies are all different speeds they are handicapped over a distance of 130 metres so the race didn't change from start to end.  The winner was Its All About Me making it three wins from only three starts for Chantelle Rendall, 2nd was Crackerjack and Kaycee Carey and 3rd was Wandarra Tess and Jacinta Gilbert who was slow to step away.

With a field of 8 going around in the second event all ponies were closely handicapped together.  After a false start at the first attempt all ponies stepped away well the second time.

At the back gate Born To Be Wild was in front by a length from Cowboy Road and Summer Surprise making a run with Little Kizz, Chilli Knights, Magpie Mary, Westbury Bogart and Aadelaidee Lady all not far away.  Summer Surprise sat on the outside of Born To Be Wild all the way around the last bend then at the 100 metre mark Cheyenne Moritz on Summer Surprise said 'go' and scooted away to give the combination a hat track.

Summer Surprise won by 10 metres from Born To Be Wild, one length back to a deadheat between Chilli Knights on the inside who kicked back and Westbury Bogart on the outside.

Two Tone Miss jumped away well from the front mark and at the back gate continued to lead from PJ, Razzle Dazzle and Ben Ten who was making up ground fast around the outside.

Jason Kittel drove Ben Ten out vigorously in the straight whilst looking into the crowd to be an easy winner from Two Tone Miss with a 10 metre gap back to Pee Wee 50 and Shaniah Ogilvy.  Swamp Fire and PJ both pulled up two steps before the line and the crowd wondered if they were going to cross but they stepped over in a dead-heat.

NB:  A reminder to all drivers that ponies need to be restrained when galloping to prevent being relegated.

Reggie Ledgie stepped away well from the front mark tonight being driven by Shannon Platts.  The order didn't change much throughout the course with the majority of the backmarkers sticking together.

Reggie Ledgie held on by half a length by the fast finishing Mr Mischief and Bailey Hoare, 10 metres back to Petti Cheval by a short half head from Lapanacaton and Way To Go right on their heels.
