Tonights's pony races are in memory of Shane Sandercock (1997 - 2002).
Shane always wanted to drive ponies in races like his brother Jason.
The South Australian Harness Racing Pony Association is in the process of raising money to build a shelter for the pony participants. With the help of AHA/SA we are one-third of the way to achieving our goal.
The purchase of the new facilities was made possible through the generous support of the South Australian Hotel Industry and Hotel Care Community Projects.
