All ponies step away very nicely, Just Call Me Barry was the early leader off the front mark, Twoie was making ground along with Lucky Star, Born To Be Wild and Little Red Devil. The back markers Rouge Diablo, Rock Star Jelly and Jimmy Jenkins were making good ground fast on these front five.
Coming around the bend the field was slowly bunching up with Just Call Me Barry still leading the pack. Half way down the straight it was anyone’s race with six ponies across the track fighting out the finish but as always the shortest way home was along the pegs in which Jimmy Jenkins and Matthew A’Court proved right, going on for another win from Rouge Diablo in second and Rock Star Jelly back in third.
