On arrival we were told that there was a block of stables allocated for our ponies to use which was excellent. We were all close together and could leave the ponies in the stalls while we went for a walk around the showgrounds.
The ponies were allocated the time-slot between 12.00 and 1.00 to race but due to the events in the arena running late it was decided to take all ponies into the arena and race one after another. This all went smoothly and we were able to give the participants their ribbons and rosettes on the track.
